don't understand the question - its weird
I appreciate the ease of filing claims and the fast turnaround of mailing the checks to me. My only complaint is the wait time on your phone calls when I call in.

Quick and efficient
Every time I submit a claim, it is picked up quickly and within a few days, I’m already receiving an explanation of benefits and a notice letting me know that a check has been mailed. Anytime I’ve called into speak with someone live...they’ve spoken clearly and patiently answered all my questions. This insurance policy has been great for my dogs
