I am very happy with Nationwide pet insurance for my ,currentl, three cats. Previously ,I had Nationwide pet insurance for my two kitties, now kitty angels, and I was very happy with Nationwide. Nationwide has been so easy to work with, I give a 10 to all my dealings with Nationwide, customer service, timely. Having Nationwide on my side, I feel safe for my kitties, I can get them medical help without worry, I feel like I'm doing the best for my kitties to have a good life. Thank you, Nationwide

We weren't sure how pet insurance would…
We weren't sure how pet insurance would work, but we were pleasantly surprised that Pets Best was very thorough and easy to follow through the process. They emailed us along the way as things progressed so we knew they were attending to the issues. Once they verified vet bills and such, and the co-pays were tallied, we got exactly the right insurance payment coming to us. We were impressed. No hassles. Quick and easy!

My prescription claim was paid in just 2 weeks which is a lot slower than many years ago, but much better than the 30 or more days it had been taking for claims to be settled. Hope this is the new trend and may possibly get back to reimbursing in under a week.

It's easy to submit a claim and the company always responds quickly. One of the best experiences I've had with any company. I always thought that pet insurance was not a good investment and difficult to use (vets have actually told me not to get it!). I have had a great experience with Nationwide. It's easy to submit and track claims and you guys are so responsive and turn things around so quickly! A great investment!
