I am very disappointed in your coverage. My puppy had stopped eating some of his meals, had horrible breath and had most of his baby teeth that would not come out when the adult teeth came in. He needed to have his teeth removed to prevent issues with his adult teeth. You call this routine and choose not to cover it. I’m extremely disappointed and will not renew after this policy ends. It’s a scam to pay for coverage and then have you find every way possible to deny coverage. Lesson learned!

My baby had his unexpected medical bills paid
My dog was playing fetch, like we do everyday, when he suddenly started limping and not using his back leg at all. When it didnt improve overnight we took him to the vet with a fear that he tore his ACL/CCL which was confirmed. He had surgery the following week. Thankfully I had nationwide to help with the cost of the surgery. Since this was my first claim it was a little confusing to figure out how to submit everything but the reps were helpful each time I called. The website slain status is confusing and not always accurate while still pending which was annoying, but I was able to call and quickly speak to a rep.
