EXCELLENT!
My siamese baby boy has serious teeth maloclusion problems. Trupanion has been great. They have not only paid costly claims for his teeth and oher issues, but have done so with concern, compassion and genuine caring. I am 55 years old and have worked with animals my whole life and I can say with all my experiences dealing with companies, this company is doing an excellent job with Staff which cares about animals. I have had numerous claims paid without any hassle, The people there are kind, courteous and very professional. My daughter and I both respect and appreciate this company. They are the best pet insurance company in existance. THANK YOU AGAIN EVERYONE AT TRUPANION> I'm so impressed!!! and thanks for your genuine concern for Roman (the kitty with the pink braces) Sincerely, Kim and Kelli Huth

Petsecure helped our dog with kidney disease live.

Petsecure Works for Me!
I guess there is always the not great experiences with those that are good. Mine is a very good experience. Both my boys were adopted from Wpg Animal Services and came with a trial insurance pkg. My first boy developed Parvo only a couple of days after I brought him home. He was in really rough shape, but shouldn't have had it at all as all pups are treated at the kennel. That being said, Buddy's bills were immediately paid, and that was within 2 or 3 days of activating the insurance. Plus I received calls from Petsecure to find out how Bud was doing. My second boy came from Animal Services as well. I did not hesitate to continue with his insurance. In the past, I've had some nasty vet bills and wish my dogs had been insured. It only takes that one time to say 'thank you for being there.' The protection of my animals is paramount. And as they get older, even more so. So, thank you Petsecure and thank you for some of the great staff I've had the pleasure to be in contact with.

This past oct (2011)My sadie had to have her eye renmoved, thank goodness for petsecure,her first surgery was at 4months second at 7months and the eye removal at 10years old plus bladder stones at 6 years ...she is my special girl along with her sister a chihauhau,who is 12 years old..kudos to petsecure and the staff that over sees it.

aspca is wonderful and it gives me peace of mind
I find it easy to be asured that my pet it covered with ASPCA Insurance. If a problem occurs, then there is alwasys someone who can help immediatley. My worried are over with this coverage.As far a my veternainary is concermed, sometimes they get things mixed up, but with patients they have come to appreciate how much my dog Ben means to me. Everyone is always so willing to help. Ben is special and so is ASPCA
