MY DOG HAS HAD DIGESTIVE PROBLEMS AND MY VET IS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING FOR ALLERGIES , INFLAMMATION IN THE INTESTINES TRYING TO CURE THESE ISSUES THIS INSURANCE IS COVERING ALL COSTS, SCANS, X-RAYS AND ALL MEDS QUICKLY PER MY POLICY VEY HAPPY WITH THE WAY ALL QUESTION AND CLAIMS WERE HANDLED. PREVIOUS EAR PROBLEMS WAS HANDLED QUICKLY AND WITH GOOD RESPONSE ON RETURN FUNDS.

I have had to make two claims - both relatively large. ( $2000 and $1000) - the claims were easy to send in, and approval was given quickly along with repayment. No unexpected surprises, no hassles either!

Thank you Embrace!
Despite all my efforts to avoid ticks my Chesapeake Lindsey has contracted Lyme disease twice. The second time the Lyme number was off the charts. Luckily Lindsey's kidney function was fine desite the severe Lyme disease. It's nice to know that Embrace is there for us when Lindsey is sick.

Fast, convenient and easy to deal with
I have nothing but great things to say about my experience. When I first found out about the surgery, I was concerned about if it would be covered, the out of pocket expense and the ease of getting my claim processes. My vet submitted a pre-approval estimate that was approved within 24 hours. Once the surgery was done and the forms were submitted, I had an email back telling me that my claim had been processed in 3 days, and that a cheque is in the mail. Then to top it off, a follow up email with well wishes for my dogs speedy recovery. I would highly recommend Trupanion. Having vet insurance has taken away the fear of "what if" I can't afford the best treatment for my animal.
