Great Service
This is a company concerned with customer care and service. Because they were running a little behind (or slower than normal), they kept me apprised by letting me know my claim was not forgotten. That made me very happy instead of wondering and having to "bug" them for a status. I am very happy with Embrace and have recommended them to friends and family.

I am very pleased with Trupanion overall. I have had few claims that have been processed quickly. The only issue I had was that when I brought my cats home from the breeder they had a health issue already and my claim was denied due to waiting period for 30 days. I am not sure if there is an option to skip the waiting by paying more but I would like to know if there is.

Quick, friendly customer service
I am so glad that we have our dogs insured with Embrace. This is my first experience with pet insurance, and the customer service has been amazing!! I really feel like the people working on my claims care about my dogs. Additionally, my claims have been processed so quickly, and I really have nothing bad to say about Embrace. If you are looking for pet insurance, this is a great place to stop (and stay).

It is a comfort for me.
I have no complaints. I have Level 2 and it seems to suffice. One of our cats developed a brain tumor. Specialist suggested an MRI ($2000.00) and brain surgery($ ??). I love my pets, but I would never put an animal through something like that. Our regular vet agreed with us and we had to let Jake go. ASPCA paid for most of the basic treatment and the end of life. I guess the decision is personal, but Level 2 is very good.

I was not sure if I needed pet insurance.....
Like I said I was not sure if I needed pet insurance. But When my family got our new puppy our Vet gave us a 1 month free trial, so I thought I would give it a shot! THANK GOD WE DID!!! Cause once our trial was over our puppy got really sick! He ended up needing a over $2000 surgery same day! I was not sure how the insurance was going to work or anything. BUT they we sooo helpful and took care or everything! They have paid for everything and MORE! From the actual surgery all the way down to his meds and special food he had to eat for a week! If we didnt have trupanion we would be up sh** chreek without a paddle with probably a dead puppy and two very sad little girls!!!! Moral of the story I would recommend them to ANYONE!!! Thank you thank you thank you Trupanion!!!!
