Great Insurance
Everything about Embrace from the coverage, customer service, reimbursement time etc. has been nothing but topnotch. I'm very happy with my decision to go with Embrace.

I just became insured with healthy paws pet insurance feb. 2012. After alot of research I felt it was the best for us. It only covers accidents and illnesses, not wellcare or any parasites or worms etc. I knew having a pup that puts everything in his mouth we could run into a problem, sure enough I was insured maybe a month and my dog ingested something toxic and needed to stay overnight at hospital and have his stomach pumped and be on an iv. They dont even take the dog until you hand them your credit card and you have to pay what they estimate which on the low side was 1500 and the high side was 2100. Luckily he was okay the next day and I was able to get him earlier than expected. The bill came to 955.00I figued out to the penny what the reimbursement would be. This company notified me when they recieved my claim and again after it was processes within the week my check for 715.00 was in hand. they dont pay for office visit and I have a 50.00 deductible the pay 90% after that. Buying this insurance was the best 35.00 a month I could have spent. They even followed up to see how the dog was doing. Even when you call them they are very professional and you get through right away. I highly recommend this company. Its great oh shit insurance.

We recently had a very unexpected medical crisis with our young dog requiring immediate veterinary care. His condition quickly became life threatening and he needed constant 24 hour care for his survival. I called Trupanion to ensure that we had the necessary coverage for the anticipated healthcare procedures. The people that I spoke with on the telephone were very caring and took immediate steps to ensure that everything was in place for us to proceed with my dog's healthcare. Within one hour I received both telephone and email confirmation from Trupanion, assuring us that they had pre-approved the anticipated costs that would be incurred. The prompt actions of the Trupanion people enabled us to focus completely on the wellbeing of our pet without the additional worry of the financial aspects of his care. Within one week we had received financial reimbursement from them for the applicable costs incurred. I am so very grateful to have had Trupanion insurance coverage in place for my pet and to have met with such a caring response from the people that I dealt with along the way.

So happy I bought this insurance
When I first bought my dog I questioned every dog owner I met as to whether or not to buy insurance. I finally had one vet tech convince me that it would be the smartest investment I could make. Well if it was that smartest investment, than the second smartest was choosing Embrace. I did a great deal of research of the different kinds of insurance and compared payoff percentages and ease of claim reimbursements and came to the conclusion that Embrace was the best choice. I have not regretted that decision ever. Embrace's customer service is top notch. They notified me quickly that they received my claim and shortly thereafter notified that my check was on its way. And the amount of the reimbursement was higher than I expected. Knowing that Embrace is helping me tend to my dogs health gives me a great piece of mind that I cannot put a price on. I have recommended Embrace to every person at my dog park and will continue to do so.

I Love Pets Best Insurance!
I have raved about Pets Best to my veteranarian so much that they are now recommending this insurance to their other patients! I have 3 older dogs and have submitted multiple claims. Pets Best has paid on every one of the claims in a very timely manner and kept me well-informed via email through the process.
