After a few large vet bills we signed up for Trupanion, which was recommended by a friend. It seemed like such a simple program with less rules and paperwork. We were just able to put it to the test and I'm very impressed with their quick responses and fast reimbursement. It was very clear what was covered and why.

Great help!
My little love, Cassia, got very sick overnight with respiratory issues and was taken directly to the emergency vet. What followed was two more visits to her primary vet to help get her better. There was a ton of cost including labs, imaging, and medications. I had no reservations in telling the vets to do what they needed to help figure out how to get my fur baby better. Healthy Paws was great - they were very helpful in getting records from the different vets and quickly reconciled the multiple claims into one check. Considering its the first time we used our policy, it took a little over a week to get everything coordinated as her records needed to be reviewed. My claim was finalized on a Friday - I had my check on Tuesday the following week. My fur baby is back on all four paws and I can't thank Healthy Paws enough to making it that much easier!

Good experience so far!
Have a young German Shepherd puppy. My experience with Embrace has been very positive so far in filing claims and receiving periodic emails on claims status. I've already used the Flexible Spending account to cover my dog's spaying and heartworm/flea preventative medications. Quick service in receiving reimbursements.
