Healthy Paws is by far the best…
Healthy Paws is by far the best insurance experience I have ever had as an animal lover and pet parent. I know 10000% that I do not have to worry about what services I can choose for my pet because HEalthy Paws has a one plan fits all. Ill never forget after my dog's TPLO surgery which was several thousand - which they covered without any issue and SO QUICKLY!- but one thing my parent and I didn't think about was the Rehabilitation needed. We had no idea if this was covered as the animal hospital mentioned insurances having different packages and it may not be included, but Healthy Paws came through. When we inquired about rehabilitation, they said "we have one plan so pet parents do not have to worry about providing the care they want to provide" and once they said that, I knew I never needed to search for another insurance provider again. And I TELL EVERYONE I CAN about Healthy Paws. WE are on our second TPLO and same experience. FOREVER COMMITTED AND THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH FOR MAKING THIS EXPERIENCE SO WELCOMING - LIKE FAMILY <3

No consideration during our country's pandemic
I paid my yearly deductible but due to COVID the surgery was put over as the entire country was shut down. I was into a new year and charged a new deductible when surgery was done.

Excellent customer service and timely reimbursement!
We have been very pleased with our experience with Pet’s Best thus far! I was able to get in touch with a representative within a minute after contacting them via their online chat and received the answers I needed from a very kind and professional representative. We submitted our first claim last month and found the process very easy and seamless! We received our reimbursement in a timely manner and are 100% happy with the service!
