The experience by Trupanion was by far the best--it was super easy, stress free, and fast. It took maybe all of 5 minutes to do, and process time was incredibly fast. The wait time for a claim has been long but as the representative said it was due to Covid.
The wait time for a claim has been long, but as the representative said it was due to Covid. I completely understand that, but if that would have been told at the beginning I would have known the wait time would be longer. I keep receiving emails and texts saying it will be "two more days" or 'your claim has been sent to a new person." That part has been frustrating.
