Unethical company
Premiums will more than double as pet gets older. My cat got diagnosed with a Heart murmur.. they doubled my premium the following renewal, then the following year they dropped my reimbursement and raised my deductible. So now that my cat has a condition, they find a way not to pay. And it’s too late to switch companies because now it’s a pre-existing condition.

This company is very good at quickly responding to submitted requests for reimbursement. They have never questioned my requests for reimbursement and the process itself is very straightforward.
