This is the second year that I have had this insurance and find now that with the deductible there is really no benefit compared to other pet insurances. Lot better plans that cover pet needs. Most likely will not renew with this plan next year and go with another plan

I was denied the medication my dog is using because of prior use, well my prior use was the first time and was will an ear ache, prior use that is not consistent or only used on one occasion for the first time should be covered. Vets put dogs on meds all the time
