Quick claims processing
I sent the claims in (first ones of the year) they quickly processed them and are sending me a check to reimburse my payment to the Vet. Like my personal health insurance it is easier to make a monthly premium payment and then get the MD/Vet bill reimbursement...great insurance.

something's not right
The fact that there is an insane push for reviews before you even place a claim is shady af. Most 5 star reviews are based on initial sign up. All the low ones is after an attempt is made on a claim. Which leads me to leave that you push these reviews early to keep your rating up. Very scammy. I canceled within minutes and you're STILL sending me emails to rate you- well here you go
