I just started with MetLife
I just started with MetLife. Everyone from customer service has been nice, patient & knowledgeable. So far, so good. My 1st series of shots I’m getting $75 back, but that’s it for the year, which I’m not sure is very good.

Never trust this company
Never trust this company, they are the worst all they want is to take your money. They canceled our insurance for our 4 pets because we missed one payment when we went to try and reinstate. They increased by almost 40% for each pet. We could no longer afford pet insurance to this day. I still don’t have pet insurance and that was two years ago. Instead of them, giving us our rate that they originally gave us they decided they’d rather not have our business. I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else. This is almost put us in debt with our pets and not being able before pet bills. I hope someone reads this and it keeps you from getting caught up in something this terrible.

I was at a loss my beautiful
I was at a loss my beautiful, handsome boy had just had a seizure which he had never had before and it left me shaken and at a loss. Didn’t know why and could not even figure out why. I called Pumpkin Insurance and asked for their help. A reassuring voice on the phone helped me to calm down and took care of everything that my guy needed. They were quick, efficient and understanding and eased my stress so I could concentrate on Storm getting better they paid out his invoice in less than 24 hours and I highly recommend them for insuring your pets needs.
