Insurance if good, but rates are too high
Making claims is really fast and easy with the app. Enjoy the insurance, but it is fairly pricey. Worst part is that when I had to renew this year the rate increased, which is unfortunate they would do that during these COVID times. May have to find something more affordable especially now.

Nationwide has pet insurance down pat, in my opinion. The policies are clearly written, the premiums are reasonable, and almost without exception every customer service representative we’ve dealt with has been outstanding. Claims couldn’t be easier to file and are processed promptly. Communication is excellent. Were very pleased.
