Pleased with ASPCA Pet Insurance
I have a 6 year old toy fox terrier. I have had ASPCA Insurance since we retrieved Gracie from the breeder. We did submit claims for 2 minor illnesses and the response was very timely. recently, Gracie became very sick with severe abdominal pains and it just happened over Memorial day weekend. We had to take her to the 24 hour emergency vet hospital where we had to admit her. Thankfully, they took good care of her and treated her infection and we brought her home the next day. ASPCA reimbursed us for 80% of the costs minus the deductible...and they did it, again, in a timely manner. We are very pleased with the insurance.

Healthy Paws is OUTSTANDING IN EVERY WAY!
My German Shepherd, Triton, hurt his leg and I took him to the Vet. Xrays were taken and it was determined he would need a major surgery (TPLO). Basically, the equivalent of a knee replacement. The cost for everything would be about $4500. Yikes! Not only did Healthy Paws handle this claim very quickly, the customer service is outstanding. They are very compassionate and caring animal lovers! I couldn't believe the conversations I was having with them, both on the phone and via email. They asked repeatedly how Triton was doing and sent well wishes. The claim was processed quickly and I received my check in about 10 days. My Vet also says that Healthy Paws has the easiest claim forms they've encountered, making the entire process that much easier. I was on the fence just 6 months ago debating to get pet insurance or not. Boy am I glad I did! I did lots of research because there are many insurance companies to choose from. I'm SO glad I chose Healthy Paws! I wish my own insurance company treated my the way they do!

Trupanion claim submittal experience was easy!
Our six-month old puppy, Abbey, had a series of issues recently. Luckily, we have Trupanion pet insurance, so we were reimbursed for 90% of her treatment costs. The claim submittal process was quick and easy. I'm pleased to know that working with Trupanion will be a pleasant experience.

One provides all the neccesary imformation when sending in a claim.Trupanion then requests the same information from the Vet a second time.again. All in all,it takes about 3+ weeks to receiev your claim amount.

Really Helped in Our Time of Need
We got the ASPCA pet insurance after our cat got necrotizing fasciitis a few years ago and we learned about how much things like this can cost (about $7000 in that case). When our cat was attacked by a stray dog, we had to take him straight to the vet hospital and not worry about the cost. Having the pet insurance, which paid for a very large chunk of this bill, was a real relief to us.
