Wellness Claim for Ortho Exam
Embrace promptly responded to and sent payment for my Wellness claim for my dog's Ortho Exam. I think I received the check in about a week of sending the claim in. The Wellness program is a great deal, especially during a puppy's first year (when I will be neutering and chipping him as well).

My Jasper is 12 weeks old. He was seen at the vet on Saturday, I faxed the claim today (Monday) and I was already notified that the claim has been processed. The Same Day submitted. I reviewed MANY companies, before I chose Pets Best. If the rest of my experiences are like this....................Incredible!!!!

Applause, Applause for Healthy Paws!
I couldn't say enough good things about Healthy Paws. My sweet little two year old Boston Terrier was diagnosed with a detached retina in one eye, leaving him blind in that eye. The vet said that it was likely that his other would do the same. I brought him to an ophthalmologist who suggested that I make a quick decision to move forward with an expensive laser eye surgery to help the other retina to remain intact. I figured since James Dean was newly insured, Healthy Paws would never consider reimbursing me for this procedure. Regardless, I had to move forward to save James Dean's vision. I sent in the claim form because I figured I had nothing to lose (and a deductible to meet). To my surprise I received the check for reimbursement in the mail only a few short days later. James Dean is recovering quickly and I feel a sense of security for his future with the support of Healthy Paws. They don't let you forget how much they care either. They check in on him frequently. I know I did what's best for both James Dean and myself by choosing Healthy Paws. If you are considering pet insurance, do not hesitate to make Healthy Paws your provider of choice!

Fantastic Wellness plan!
I took my dog to the vet for his yearly visit and heart worm/flea meds. I submitted the claim and received the check within about 10 days. I would recommend this plan to everyone who has Embrace insurance. You get more back than you pay for the coverage. What could be better than that!

Our precious dog Yeager was diagnosed with a sudden, life threatening illness and we were informed by the hospital that a pace-maker was the only way to save his life. After the operation, we were relieved that Yeager immediately began to recover. We were thrilled that Yeager had a new lease on life, but of course, reality set in and we became concerned about how to pay for the operation. Thank god for Trupanion! You guys allowed us to breath easy about the expenses and gave our family the freedom to enjoy Yeager's recovery. Your representatives were very courteous and professional; constantly keeping us informed of all of the information we needed to submit and keeping us up-to-date on the status of our claim. We are grateful for your assistance and for allowing us to focus on making Yeager better instead of wasting our energies on worrying how to pay the expenses.
