great pet insurance to have!
Our 10 plus years old beagle corgi was diagnosed with oral cancer. It, of course, was devastating news, but at least having Trupanion Insurance takes a lot of the stress out of the medical costs associated with this disease. We are free to take the best care of our beloved companion. Trupanion is fast on paying claims, has friendly and helpful customer service, and you get to choose your own deductible. Wonderful Pet Insurance
Pet Embrace is just an amazing Insurance Company! My Standard Poodle has recently under-gone CCL (TPLO) Surgery and now has complications with her body rejecting the plate and screws. The medical bills would be overwhelming if she were not insured with Pet Embrace. They are fast, efficient and have paid more than I would have imagined!

Very Slow Claims Department
Took over a month to recieve claim benefit. Not the first time but seems every claim I have put in this year took over a month to recieve benefit. Not good in that department.....

I insured my puppy from the age of 4 months. She had a few GI incidents (as puppies do). By the time they subtracted the deductible each time, and charges for office visits and everything else, they barely paid anything. The response time was good, for what they paid. Then they notified me the premium was increasing by about 20% a year later. The cost vs what they actually covered is just not worth it. Read the fine print. I cancelled and they tried to put me on a guilt trip, wouldn't take no for an answer, tried to get me to lower the insurance coverage, etc. I was disappointed as this was supposed to be one of the best but the premium was too high for what they pay out, especially for a young dog.

It works
I am terrible about paper work and details but Embrace has made the process of insuring my cats very easy. Luckily I have no serious situation now, but have in the past with a cat who died, and I never want to be in a situation of wether to provide care again due to financial constraints. I feel this will allow me to make better decisions without stress.

My first wonderful Embrace experience
I researched a lot before I chose Embrace for Rufus. Rufus is precious and I am so glad I chose Embrace for him. I had a great experience with my first claim. Embrace kept me updated regularly on my claim and few days ago I received an email saying the reimbursement check was on its way. I am very pleased with their customer support and would gladly recommend Embrace to anyone looking for a pet insurance.
