Healthy Pug, Happy Owner!!
When I got my pug from a rescue I decided to purchase insurance for him because my older pug had so many health problems. Within a few weeks of rescuing him and purchasing insurance, he was in need of surgery to correct a dangerous breathing deformity. I had researched other insurances and Embrace was the only one I found that covered birth defects. I actually called VPI and was told they specifically do not cover breathing problems with pugs because it's hereditary. Embrace prcoessed my claim and kept reaching out to me and Otto's vet and surgeon when they needed more information instead of just denying it and moving on. I've recommended Embrace to my vet office as well as my pug group here in Nashville.

Honest, Prompt, and Service Oreinted
I got Healthy Paws pet insurance when I adopted my retired racing Greyhound, Tucker, in July 2012. Two months later, Tucker started having trouble with his right front leg. He has since been to the vet twice, getting blood work done and x-rays. Anybody who has had these services conducted for a dog knows how expensive they are! I was pleasantly surprised to find that submitting the claims was simple, they were processed in a very timely manner with clear explanation of benefits, and we received a check for our reimbursement within 3 days of receiving the services after we met our deductible. We did not have to jump through any hoops! I wish my own health insurance was this good! The premium is also quite reasonable.

Time appropriate and satisfactory service
My lab puppy had ingested poisonous plants and became very ill very quickly and the bills added up very fast. I'm so glad that we had pet insurance with Embrace, as they handled everything very effectively and kept me posted through each step as to what was taking place. The best insurance you can have!
My dog, Ollie, was involved in an altercation with another dog that led to over 100 stitches. I filed my claim with Healthy Paws and couldn't believe the great response I received. I received emails as to Ollie's progress, who by the way is doing fantastic, and my claim was processed so quickly that I was amazed. I would recommend Healthy Paws without reservation...

very solid company
we have had embrace insurance for our german shepherd since she was born 19 months ago. during that time i have been quite satisfied with the plan we created for her. for the last claim it took about 7 weeks to get the review of claim back. however, we were told at least 3 weeks into the process that delays could be expected. that helped to adjust our expectations as were becoming concerned/impatient. all's well that ends well. we are quite pleased to have insurance for our pup; and embrace seems to work fine.
