I'm new to Pet Best, I recently lost a pet to cancer and we didn't have insurance on him. So with the newest addition to the family, I felt the need to make sure she is covered not to mention Vet bills can be costly. I just submitted a claim and it was processed already. I will keep you posted on future claims.

Quick on refunds, not fair on regional cost
I do like this insurance and they are always quick with refunds. But because the surrounding counties are rural, my regional costs do not reflect the cost in my county. I usually only get %50 refund.

Easy claims processing
We purchased Embrace pet insurance for our new puppy. We got the Wellness Rewards benefit as well. It has been a very easy process to get reimbursed for well puppy visits, flea medication, etc. We email the claim and the check is sent to us very quickly. We get $400 dollars worth of wellness rewards for only $300. A bonus of $100 dollars per year is great. We also have peace of mind that if anything happens to our puppy we are covered. We are very pleased.

ASPCA pet insurance has been reliable and fair. The benefits have been paid according to the guidelines of the stated policy and within a reasonable time frame. When there was a technical difficulty in transmitting a claim at one time, it was smoothly worked out without further ado.Everything is handled in a business-like, satisfactory manner.

Embrace is a phenomenal company.
I have been a customer of Embrace going on three years now and have never experienced a problem. They have handled all my claims and reimbuirsements quickly, efficiently and most importantly they have top notch customer service. Whenever I have a question I can call them and get through instantly to speak with a representative. I've recommended Embrace to several family and friends due to the excellent experience we have had.

I can't say enough good things in one line
I am astounded that an insurance company can be so pleasurable to work with! Trupanion has far exceeded all expectations that we've had. We have a boxer that had a leg injury and they have been the easiest and most helpful group of people that we could have hoped to work with. We will insure all of our pets with Trupanion and although we hope to never have to use them...we know they will be on our side when we do need to use them.

Blown out knee saved
Thank you Healthy Paws for helping me get my Rotweiler/Hound mix get back to doing what he loves best, running and playing! When he was a puppy I thought he had eaten a sewing needle and although we got through that okay I quickly bought pet insurance the next day and I'm so glad I did because I was able to get him the surgery he needed when he hurt his back leg. They refunded the cost of the surgery in about two days, can you imagine? 2 days! Now that's customer service!

Excellent medical coverage
I have 3 policies for my three dogs and have had them for 4+ years (depending on when I rescued each dog). My older dog developed Cushing's Disease about 8 months ago and the medical bills have been very high. ASPCA pet insurance has reimbursed me as promised and it has helped me so much to care for Missy. I never have to compromise my decisions regarding her care because of money. I am confident that 80% of allowable charges will be reimbursed (after the deductible)and that helps so much. My second dog has had some joint issues, a UTI and a skin infection. Again, what was promised in the policy (Level 2) was reimbursed. I have not had to use my policy yet for my newest rescue, but I am sure I will at some point in time. I would NEVER be without this insurance.
