Too slow
It took over 2 months to get illness related claims reveiwed and reimbursed. At least you sent email to say the claims were received, and I have no dispute with the final resolution, but there shouldn't be anyway.

My puppy became ill and needed to see our Vet. Trupanion processed the claim immediately and I was re-imbursed within the month. I am very impressed with their customer service and would highly recommend this service for your pet.

Customer Service is the BEST
Every experience dealing with the customer service staff of Embrace..whether by email or phone has been nothing but pleasant, helpful and reassuring. And knowing that I have my dog covered for not only Wellness expenses but serious health issues should they arrive gives me peace of mind.

Wellness Rewards Plus is the BEST!
Both our dogs were in for their annual exam, tests, and vaccines on 11/8/12. One dog is 13, the other is 6. Because we opted for the Wellness Rewards Plus program, the entire cost of all of this preventive care was covered in full and will be direct deposited into our checking account (our choice). Essentially, we pay $299/yr for each dog and receive $400 in preventive services which also includes an array of other preventive care items. Our dogs are covered for accident and illness under a separate insurance policy. It is great because we chose the decutible and the amount/type of coverage to fit our needs and budget. I highly recommend Embrace Pet Insurance for all of the preceding reasons!

ASPCA has always been good to me
I have had ASPCA insurance for about 3 years now and they have always reimbursed me for the items listed in my policy. My 2 1/2 yr old dog has had issues with Urinary track infections and they have always reimbursed me in a timely fashion. It is really a great sense of security having insurance for if something terrible happens. Hopefully that will never happen.

Best insurance. Fast and easy
Very good insurance. Easy to submit a claim and super fast payment. Communication is excellent. My poor baby had a broken leg which cost over $3000. I was reimbursed my 90% within a week and also for post op follow ups. I highly recommend this insurance.

I am very happy with my pup's new Embrace policy
I recently got a new puppy and after lots of research, I decided to enroll him with Embrace. I took him for a wellness check with my vet very soon after I got him. Embrace service has been prompt, professional and friendly. I am looking forward to keeping my new family member healthy for years to come.
