Embrace Gets an A+ from Us
We adopted a puppy in November, 2012. Our daughter recommended Embrace since she has had it for her two dogs for a couple of years. I checked reviews online and liked what I saw. I called Embrace and the insurance went into effect the day we got our dog. She's had two vet visits for vaccinations and microchopping so far and both were paid within a few days of faxing the insurance forms to Embrace. In addition, an email notified us that the forms were received and being processed. Since claims may also be checked online, I saw each was completed and a check was on the way. Checks arrived, and we were reimbursed as promised. We have been Embrace customers for a little over a month, and if the service we have received so far is any indication of future service, then we chose a wonderful company. Thank you, Embrace!

I like the customer service here but they are slow at processing claims. When they say it takes a week it usually takes longer. That is my only complaint.

Fast Claim Payments
I send my claims electronically and they have all been processed the next day. They are the best and very helpful when you call. I just wish they had an annual limit amount for each illness instead of a lifetime amount. I have another dog that had cancer and we used up the $2,500 in benefits very quickly, I would pay more to have insurance that resets that amount each year.

This is my second review of PetsBest. Im writing this as I cry because I had to put my best friend, my baby down on Saturday 12/15. My dog Max had lymphoma cancer. My dog had health issues almost from the very start of his young, short life. I got PetsBest just in time. From claim #1 I had no problems getting any of the claims cleared and I was always reimbursed fairly and timely just as my policy stated. My dog had stomach issues, back issues, thyroid issues and the worst cancer! I have no complaints at all with this company. I am so very thankful I had them and the owner who started this company is a Godsend. I think they paid me back more then what I paid in premiums! His total bills combined we're well over $1000. I would not have been able to treat all of his many issues without their help! I am devastated about the loss of my baby but feel I should give many thanks to this company. Their care, compassion and customer service is the best! Today I called them with questions and to deliver the worst news..I was balling and the rep was patient with me while I got it together. I will forever highly recommend them! Thank you from me and my boy Max....

What I needed when I needed it!
I adopted Bear, a Karelian Bear Dog, a year and a half ago when his person died and Bear lost his home. I had recently lost my 10 year old KBD to cancer. Bear and I were truly a match made in heaven and we helped each other heal. Bear was diagnosed with a torn ACL and underwent TPLO surgery not quite 2 weeks ago. I submitted a nearly $2700 claim late the morning of December 6, 1 day post op. By early afternoon I received notification that the claim would be paid per my policy and I received the check the following Thursday, Dec 13 only 1 week post-op. I have only good things to say about Healthy Paws! The response to this claim, to all questions I've had - all have been wonderful and professional.
