Great service
Getting health insurance for my dog was one of the best decisions I made. My claims are paid quickly and without hassle. I have to say that the service I get with Healthy Paws for my dog is better than the service I get from my own health insurance company. I usually get reimbursed for my claim within a week after filing it. They've even covered acupuncture for my dog after she had Bell's palsy. I highly recommend Healthy Paws.

I have achieved my dreams of adopting a Toy Yorkie. After reviewing the many dog insurance policies out there, I chose Embrace. The ease of submitting her first routine claim was covered at 100% per the annual policy. I immediately received an email acknowledging the receipt of our claim and that they were working on our refund. Approximately a week later, I received a text that my check was on my way for the full amount. Also, I like having the option to have it directly deposited into my checking account. I think I picked a winner in Embrace.

I wish human health insurance was this good
I have insured my dog through Healthy Paws insurance for two and a half years. We have been through giardia, a dog bite, a broken toe and most recently a toe amputation (those are only the ones I remember). Healthy Paws has been consistently wonderful through all my dog's mishaps. The speed in which they process the claim and reimburse is amazing. I highly recommend Healthy Paws to anyone who is looking for pet insurance.

So far so great!
I enrolled both my chihuahuas in the Rewards Plus plan and the best part is that I was able to use my insurance right away with no waiting time (for wellness). So far I have gotten back way more than I was expecting. I'm skeptical of pet insurance but Embrace is slowly changing my mind about them. So far my experience has been great. I wish they were a little quicker with the claims but they are relatively fast!

Excellent value and service
When my dog got hit by a car I submitted the claim from the emergency hospital and the follow-up at our regular vet and was reimbursed very quickly. I also received follow up correspondence asking how my dog was doing, which I thought was a very nice touch.

A Must Have Insurance, the best there is!
I have sung their praises before but I feel a need to do so again. Embrace is, by far, the best insurance company I've ever dealt with, of any kind. No matter how conscientious of a dog companion you might be, and no matter what perfect shape they're in or how you take care of them medically, some huge expense will eventually happen. This can break a family and make them choose between their rent payment or the appropriate treatment for the dog... with Embrace you don't have to make those horrible decisions. They pay 90% of your vet bills, provide wellness and dental care, for a reasonable annual fee. I have gotten my money back more than 20 times what I paid for it. Even my vet practice is completely sold and recommends Embrace exclusively now! Give it a try.

Some Problems but Customer Service is Excellent
First they lost the claim I sent it, but I am hoping that is not ordinary practice. They did, however, quickly go through the claims process once they finally figured out it was lost. But apparently the bills I receive from the vet have to be very precise since. For example, after my dog was injured, my bill stated $50 for prior service, which was the vet examining the injury. However, since they assume it's a prior balance owed, I now need to figure out how to get my reimbursement. I don't much care for the reimbursement process and wish that the process resembled my own insurance. Aside from that, they are always extremely friendly, seemingly concerned and very helpful.
