No worries....
It may have been a bit intimidating to go thru the motions at first. But, I just have pre-printed forms ready~should I need to go to the vet. The vets are well aware of filling them, quick & easy! The communications back and forth re: claims is a piece of cake. Always easy to understand and I've even called in with questions, only to be pleasantly surprised! So nice to not have to worry about the high costs of vet bills.

this is great pet insurance
I have been so happy with ASPCA insurance. My dog had an ACL operation and had a tumor removed within months of each other. ASPCA covered almost 90% of all costs. Claims are taken care of quickly and the staff is so nice and helpful. I could not be happier. I would recommend them to anyone who asks.

Effective and convenient!
After a happy healthy first 2 years, my dog Daisy had two unrelated health issues in the space of a few Weeks. ASPCA processed both claims quickly and without any hassle. Very pleased with the system.

So relieved
My dog ingested some type of poison. He was vomiting and having bloody diarrhea. I took him to an emergency vet clinic by my house and they treated him and kept him overnight. The bill was about $1,200.00. Trupanian paid 90% as promised. About a month later, I got a notice from Trupanian that my credit card on file was expired. That would have given them the perfect excuse to drop me in light of my expensive claim. They didn't. They just sent me an email notifying me that I needed to give them my new expiration date.

Quick Response
Submitted our 1st wellness claim and it was processed very quickly. Had other pet insurance and they were slow to reimburse (over a month) from submission. Embrace is a very friendly and customer oriented company. Folks so responsive and helpful.

premium keeps going up
We have been satisfied generally however my dog has been insured with them since birth and the premium keeps going up each year. Also my vet charges are always way more than what they think is customary and reasonable.

Doing Much Better
Kodi was a very lucky pup. He injested something that he picked up thus causing him to become very lethargic and toxic. Thwe vet checked his vitals and did blood work ascertaining low white blood cells indicating some type of problem. She gave him fluids and liquid charcoal to remove the toxins from his system. When he went to his own vet he rechecked his blood work and his red blood cells were still not where hew wanted them so we are trying to figure out how to get them back up. we are trying to determine if he might have a parasite. As of right now he's holding his own but we will be be doing some more tests next week.
