helped my puppy
I got puppy and registered Trupanion for him. secound days later he swallowed small ball and got x-ray. Thank you for supporting my puppy! We are new costomer but they cover 90% of the bill.

Great response-Great coverage
We have had Embrace for our two golden retrievers. We appreciate the ease of communication with them, the fast response time, and they cover what they say they will cover. Period. There have been no glitches, and in every email communication we get from them about a claim, they make us feel that they care about our dog and also about the quality of the service they are providing. Two thumbs up! I hope they continue to deliver excellence service. Our dogs are family!

Dog Insurance
I was a owner of two pugs. One fawn colored, named Frank and one black pug named Whiskey. We got the two dogs as babies at 12 weeks old. Frank and Whiskey were a year and 3 months old. On August 24, 2013 Whiskey went for a walk with my husband and his brother Frank. Whiskey never even made it out of the driveway when suddenly his hind legs gave out and he fell over and could not walk. Whiskey was rushed to the vet and before we could blink a eye he needed urgent care at a hospital in Burnaby. My son and my husband drove my baby to the mainland to Burnaby and Whiskey had to stay there. I was in the states at the time and was not able to see my baby before he left. Whiskey had a MRI done on Monday and it was determined my best friend had Menigitis. Whiskey started a IV therapy and the doctors gave him a 80 percent chance of making a full recovery. My little buddy took a turn for the worst that night and when I spoke with the doctor in the morning he had a rough night. Whiskey was having seizures and went into a coma. Around noon that day I called to check on Whiskey and he had come out of the coma and was starting to respond a bit. By 2:00 pm that day my best friend Whiskey passed away. I lost my buddy and Frank lost his brother. Trupanion was there for us immediately. I called and explained the situation and they were caring, helpful, and very quick to settle the hospital bills. Excellent coverage
I've had Embrace Insurance for two of my dogs since 2009. They were both very healthy until this year. Frankie hurt his back. I have been so pleased with the coverage we have received. The claims have been processed and paid with no questions asked within two weeks of their submission. I used to have VPI insurance and the scheduled payments just didn't cut it. I hardly ever collected anything. I'm so glad I found Embrace. I've really spread the word too. I work at a dog training facility and I'm always bragging about the wonderful insurance I have. Dleighted with my choice of Healthy Paws
I researched a lot of companies and I'm now so happy I chose Healthy Paws. My lab had some elbow issues. He;d been seen for the right elbow prior to getting insurance so that was not covered. For this reason I almost did not send in my claim as I wasn't sure if Healthy paws with cover a CT scan of the left one. But they did! And responded to my claim within 24 hours and mailed me a check. Excellent customer servce.

Place your pet insurance with this company!
Our cat, Pygar, was hit by a car a few weeks ago. He had a very expensive surgery for a severely fractured leg. In the end, he had a plate, 5 pins and a screw inserted into his femur to replace his upper leg. The surgeon had to use bone grafts to hold it all together and then we had to hope it would heal properly. The surgeon indicated that pet insurance companies will typically try to fight the claim if bone grafts are used, but not Healthy Paws! The day after I submitted the claim, it had been processed and the check was in the mail for reimbursement of Pygar's medical costs. I received the check at the end of the week! For every claim I have submitted (2-3 so far in the 2 years we've had him insured), Healthy Paws has always been very quick to get the claim processed. Additionally, they contacted me after his surgery to see how he was healing. Healthy Paws really cares about your pet, it only makes sense to place your insurance with them.

Wellness claims for Golden puppy
Our experience has been great so far with our new puppy. We have only used our Wellness benefits so far and hope to keep it that way! The Embrace team has been very helpful in communicating the status of our claims and answering our initial questions about claims processing. The Wellness benefits have been helpful in budgeting our costs with a new puppy. We've never had pet insurance before but have had goldens in the past and thought we would see if the insurance helped this time around.
