Great & Efficient Service 11/10/13
Embrace has responded to my claim faxes with an impressive efficiency history. It really does help to send them a pet history to speed up the process. I also appreciate that they enable you to get your claim via direct deposit. To date I have not complaints and they have covered my wellness claims with great service.

"Attitude is Everything" - and Trupanion has IT
Trupanion – I cannot believe how wonderful you are – when my son got his “Bengal Cat” – I told him to get “pet insurance” – never dreaming that I would be needing this insurance within weeks of me recommending that he got insurance. We have owned Labradors all our lives – we now own our 5th Labrador – (one at a time) - all are well bred English Labradors and over the years they have cost us a lot of money and have always been an integral part of our family – we have never had pet insurance before – as we are now seniors I felt that getting pet insurance would be wise – I also secretly believed that if we were “insured” nothing would happen to our beloved pet – like “paying it forward” – an insurance against things going wrong. Our Misty is now five – so still a young dog – and for a number of years – I thought she was - well – maybe a bit “blonde” – or maybe a bit “short-sighted” or maybe a bit “deaf” – because I felt her responses were not quite normal. My husband was a little less patient – and said that she was badly trained – and of course – typical of husbands – blamed her “bad training” and “disobedience” on me! Well – I have broad shoulders and the accusations did not really bother me – because I knew that she was a very good girl and very well trained – we had gone to classes etc – and she was well disciplined – but she did tend to ignore him! Mostly however in outdoor “arenas” Two or three weeks ago I took Misty in for her annual examination and vacc

VERY happy with Healthy Paws!
The service we have received from Healthy Paws has been exceptional. We purchased a policy for our new puppy, anticipating that the active lifestyle we envision for her could lead to an injury at some point during her life. We weren't expecting her to be attacked by another dog at 10 weeks of age, nor were we expecting that she'd require neurosurgery to heal her wounds! She spent over a week in 2 different ICUs and continues to require prescription medication as she heals from her injuries. We had only held our policy for 18 days when this occurred and there were no questions asked. We've received prompt, efficient, and kind service from the staff at Healthy Paws. If only human health insurance provided the same level of care and service! I highly recommend this company to those looking for coverage for their pet. The cost of the premiums is quite reasonable and as I've said, the coverage is excellent.

Excellent Service
We have had Embrace for well over a year for both of our Cocker Spaniels. Watson was 'fixed' and within the day of submitting the request, we received email notification that our request was being reviewed / processed. A day later, the next email stating we would be reimbursed. Speedy responses are a norm with Embrace! We are extraordinarily happy with their service!

Absolutely amazing pet insurance!
My dog Narra required an ACL and meniscus surgery just months after signing her up with Healthy Paws. No questions we ever asked about this. My fiancé and I could not afford to pay the surgery costs and then be reimbursed so Healthy Paws offered to do a direct pay to the vet for the surgery. Without this as an option Narra would still be in pain and my fiancé and I would still be struggling to figure out how to pay for the surgery. Healthy Paws made it possible for Narra to receive the care she needed. We are forever grateful for their service and wonderfully kind and caring team!! I highly recommend this company. They truly care about the well being of you pets!

Wonderful... less stress
I have been with other insurance companies that pretend to cover illnesses and cancer but you have to fight them for every nickle and dime of coverage. Now I can just relax and treat my dog knowing that 90% of treatments will be covered. Thank you Healthy Paws!
