The fastest reimbursement I could have imagined
I've had Pets Best for number of years on all of my pets. My first two dogs I barely ever used my insurance, but at $35 per month it was always worth keeping. Just recently my 4 1/2-year-old Rottweiler. Became ill and diagnosed with lymphoma a type of cancer. As difficult as the situation is, having Pets Best has allowed me to do all the cancer treatments, which I would not be able to afford because they are going to run close to $10,000. I usually go to the vet once a week, for his treatments. If I submit a claim by Monday I usually have the money back in my bank account by Wednesday. So that on my next visit the money is there and ready when I need it. Thank you Pets Best for making this difficult situation manageable. Michael B. Moore

Trupanion is the Best! In my opinion...
First of all... Trupanion actually cares by calling/emailing to see how my dog is doing. They cover so much and happy to help. Second... who else gives a reduction in price? It was small but much appreciated. I am a responsible pet owner that feels this is just as important as good food.

Accident/Illness coverage is excellent
Embrce has been very efficient and thoughtful thus far in covering claims for my 4 month old wire hair fox terrier Anna Bella. Anna Bella has had two gastric upsets since our coverage started and Embrace covered their part in a timely and stress free ( for me) mannaer. I am very happy with my coverage for Anna Bella. The stress free and easy claim form means more than anything to me.

Solid Insurance Plan
My experiences with Healthy Paws has been exceptionally good. I would agree with many of the positive posters that most of the negative comments seem to be from people that did not read or understand the terms of the policy. Recently my boxer tore her CCL and required surgery to insert a metal plate and screws. Healthy Paws processed the claim quickly (the check arrived prior to the credit card bill) and even helped obtain her medical records from a different vet. Per the policy the vet examinations were not covered but I purchased the policy to cover the big ticket items, so 90% of the surgery and therapy visits are covered (after the deductible). I am very happy with the service I have received and I believe their explanations of the benefits have been spot on.

11 / 10 Healthy Paws far exceeded my expectations
I purchased insurance from Healthy Paws a few years ago specifically just in case of a catastrophic event so that money would not play a role (even subconsciously) in my lab Lexus's medical care. Unfortunately, that catastrophic event happened in form of a hard to diagnose cancer. Thanks to Healthy Paws, I didn't have to hesitate to provide Lexus the best medical treatment available without regard to cost and that bought Lexus an extra 30 days of high quality time for me work through her "bucket list". Instead of downing under the burden of $20,000 (really) in vet bills, my funds went towards providing Lexus a "rockstar" final 30 days. She had omelettes for breakfast, roast beef for lunch, and steak for dinner. She came to the office every day and had tons of fun and attention. Healthy Paws processed my complex claim in about 4 hours and I had a check in hand in 2 business days. I received not a penny less than I expected. Healthy Paws made me feel like I am their only customer.

Best Experience Ever!
Our 10 month, 3 pound toy poodle Aspen had to have 12 of her baby teeth extracted because they weren't falling out on their own. My vet submitted the claim to Trupanion and within a few days I got an email from Trupanion saying it was being processed. Two weeks later we received a check for exactly the amount we expected (90% less the deductible). This is the first time we've ever bought pet insurance and I'm glad we did - it was definitely worth it!

Best Pet Insurance Out There
We have had several different pet insurance companies over the years, and by far Embrace is the best. They really cover what they say they will. They don't try to weasel out of coverage. Our boxer was diagnosed with Lymphoma when she was nearly 7 years old. They have been there every step of the way - diagnostic testing, treatment, medication for side effects and when we renewed our policy the rate didn't go up a huge amount as I feared it would (like with car insurance) but stayed pretty much the same AND they continued to cover all of her treatment. She has since relapsed and is getting even more treatment - and still they are there to support us through our ordeal. The costumer service is fantastic, and the coverage is great. We could not have imagined going through this without them.
