Best of the bunch
A few of my friends have other insurers for their dogs, and all have said Trupanion covers so much more and seems easier and better to deal with in general.

Healthy Paws is the Best!
Healthy Paws is simply a wonderful insurance company. Our 3-year-old English Mastiff, Jeff, has had medical problem after medical problem -- skin, ear, and eye infections, tick-borne illness, kennel cough, giardia, you name it, he's had it. In the three years we've had him, there have only been a handful of months that we haven't ended up in the vet's office. The only saving grace through all this has been Healthy Paws. They've been there for us every time. Prompt. Friendly. Caring. Simply lovely. It's like working with a friend instead of a company. At one point, they even asked for a photo of Jeff so they could get to know him better. And, they are so efficient. Last Friday, the day after Thanksgiving, Jeff had to go back to see some specialists. Healthy Paws sent us a notice of reimbursement, which covered virtually everything, that night, hours after his visit. This company is truly amazing. I couldn't imagine going with another insurance company after working with Healthy Paws.

ASPCA pet insurance its not good... its excelent!
Im been with this pet insurance for 7 years, and Im very satisfied with the services. My dog Nikolay has digestive and respiratory problems which make him visit veterinary frequently, every time he have been on treatment I sumitted my claim and I got refund quickly. having this pet insurance is peace of mind for me.

Again, thankful for Embrace
A sudden aggressive lymphoma/hypercalcemia took my rescue, Sophie Ann two days before Christmas at the young age of 5. This sweet girl came from known abuse and neglect yet was the most gentle of all the Danes in my life. Knowing I had her covered medically with Embrace softened the blow, made this incredibly difficult time a little more bearable. She had the needed definitive medical testing and then the home supportive care to keep her last days comfortable. ---- I have been "burned" by two past insurance companies, but now feel most reassured having my big dogs on Embrace policies. Great insurance!
My boy had a dumb accident (he decided to eat out of another dog's food bowl and the other dog wasn't keen on that thought) and got nailed on the top of the head. Long story short in one month he ended up going to 4 different vets, one ER visit, one 5 day ICU stay, one visit to have staples removed, another emergency visit for stitches, etc. I was really afraid Healthy Paws would turn down the claim as it was complicated and kind of crazy. They didn't even blink an eye. They did call for confirmation of a question, but were very nice, kind, yet professional. They had the claim(s) paid within about 2 weeks. They paid over $1600 on a $2300 claim (less $500 deductible, office visit fees and a small preexisting condition which was a thyroid pill), I have a $500 deductible with 90% reimbursement.

Takes the pain away!
This is our second cat that we have had pet insurance for and both times we were very satisfied. We went away and our cat got very sick and our sitter had to take her to the vet. She had a lot of treatment and had to stay 2 weeks under the vets care - so as you can imagine the bill was high when we returned. It was a relief to see the insurance check come in so we didn't even have to think about finances - just returning to a really sick pet was bad enough - dealing with finances or a fight with the insurance company would have been too much to handle. We were given the name of this company from our breeder so we thought we would get insurance on both our dogs. They forgot to take out an automatic payment and when we had submitted a claim were told it was on hold because a payment had not been made back in November and this was now January. You send emails to find out what happened and put the plan on the client. Along with that, they informed me that they had not received any emails to cancel which atleast 4 emails were sent with a confirmation that it had been from their automated computer. Would not recommend this company to my worst enemy
