Wellness Plan is great
Thankfully I have not had to file a claim on many emergency issues, but I have used the Wellness plan now for 2 years on all 4 of my dogs and find it very fast in payment. We use up every penny of it each year on vaccinations, heart worm meds, and on routine blood work. The reimbursement is very fast, and with no issues.

People ins. should be so well run !
I have submitted several claims with Embrace. After my deductible was fulfilled my claims were processed quickly and politely. My reimbursements came very quickly, and there was no haggling about the amounts, exactly what they promise in the coverage contract. Thanks to Embrace our dog is back to normal.

Excellent Insurance
This insurance is excellent. This was my 2nd claimfiled for my beagle. He had an obstruction. I highly recommend Healthy Paws to anyone with pets. My vet will even be advertising for Healthy Paws based on my feedback.

I'm so glad Healthy Paws exists
When our dog, Bogart, needed surgery to remove a foreign object from his intestines the price tag to make him better wasn't a concern...but it sure was comforting to know we had a pet insurance company that would reimburse us for a portion of the total expense. No hoops. No nit-picking. We submitted a simple claim form and a copy of receipt from the vet hospital and within 2 weeks we had a check that covered most of the bill. I especially loved that they took the time to send an email to follow-up on Bogart's recovery. You don't even get that attention from people insurance companies and their premiums are MUCH higher! I recommended Healthy Paws to a co-worker who enrolled her two dogs about the same time I got coverage for my two dogs. I couldn't wait to tell her (and anyone else) the wonderful outcome to our claim. I highly recommend Healthy Paws Pet Insurance!

Amazing Service from Embrace
This is my second policy. My first puppy lived three weeks and died of Leptospirosis. Embrace was TOTALLY amazing. The payments were made more than promptly. Then.. a hand signed sympathy card from their team when Harry died! Fortunately the breeder persuaded us to take Harry's brother and we now have Henry with an Embrace policy of course. This is a no gimmick, straight, superb dog insurance company from nuts to bolts. Go Embrace!!! AND…. have your puppy vaccinated against LEPTO!!!

Link every illness to preexisting
We will be cancelling this insurance as soon as we can. Every illness seems to be linked to a preexisting condition, so they do not have to reimburse any type of emergency. Very disappointed as I did research before selecting Embrace

My cat was hospitalized for 3 days because of his renal failure. Pet bests processed my claim within 2 weeks and paid for 80% of the bill after deductible. I am really thankful to PetsBest for their help. Highly recommended!

this is the best company I have ever dealt with !
we have a 3 year old mixed bread that has addison's disease. he almost died last christmas of undiganosed addison's disease. The bills put a real damper on christmas but thanks to healthy paws, we fill out the paperwork and we were reimbursed 90% ! Now one illness is bad enough, just last week our dog needed knee surgery from falling on the ice. Knee surgery is not cheap ( $3000) . Again we will fill out the papperwork and healthy paws reimbursed us 90% within days after the surgey! My expereince with other insurance companies on other matters would either raise your rates or drop you as a policy holder. I think other companies should follow the same suit with their customers. To top it off they even have emailed us , 3 x times to check on our dog!

Healthy Paws Pet Insurance is a great service. I've used them for 2 years. They process claims quickly (usually within 24 hours) and they consistently follow-up on my dog's healing process to ensure he's doing better. Awesome service!
We are so thankful we found Healthy Paws Insurance company. Our puppy became sick over Christmas and was hospitalized. We were so happy to have selected Healthy Paws Insurance Company for our pet. Within 10 days we received a confirmation that we would be receiving our money for the hospital bills. Not only did they let us know this, but they have sent emails checking on our pet to make sure he was healthy and happy. Can't be any happier with our selection of pet insurance!
