Help for Gigi's broken ankle
Our standard poodle Gigi suffered the canine equivalent of a broken ankle while running with a friend in the park. It required surgery to repair and fuse the lower part of the ankle (partial tarsal arthrodesis). Our ASPCA coverage helped greatly in covering the expenses of the surgery and the followup during the 10 weeks when she had to be in a cast and then a splint. We are so glad we have ASPCA insurance.

We are very pleased with the coverage options offered and those that we selected for our dog. Some friends laughed when we said we had health insurance for our dog but we figured that one major accident (like her getting hit by a car) could cost as much or more than almost ten years of premiums. Well our dog has developed a few other, minor health issues and as far as I am concerned having PetInsurance has already paid for itself. The claim process is easy, and we get reimbursed the covered amounts within a very short time. We highly recommend Trupanion PetInsurance.

Heathy Paws is life saving insurance.
Sometimes you want to save your pet, but you just don't have the money. With that said, I was so happy I had insurance when Socks got sick. The process was easy and the reimbursement fast. I love these guys!
I have had two dogs that were insured by Pet's Best. My first dog had cancer, and eventually passed away. During this very sad time for me there were a lot of claims. Pet's Best not only paid them immediately without any problems at all, but, on the few occasions when I had to talk to them, were KIND. Where do you find that?? They actually made me feel better after talking to them.Now I have a new dog, who had an accident, and, again, they paid my claim immediately. I love these guys!

We signed up for an introductory trial offer of insurance for our two-month old Labradoodle with Trupanion. The company had been recommended by our Veterinarian. Within the next three weeks we had to use the insurance twice - once for a vaginitis and next for a foxtail in the puppy's nose (ouch). The Vet office sent in the paperwork for reimbursement to Trupanion and immediately Trupanion communicated that they had received the claims. Within days they sent another email describing what portions of the claims they would reimburse, and soon we received the checks in the mail. It was quick, efficient and generous in payments, especially since the first month trial offer carried no deductible. We are very satisfied with Trupanion and will continue with their coverage. Their efforts to communicate clearly and quickly are much appreciated.

After spending $10,000 on one of my uninsured pets a few years ago, I knew that I had to get all of my pets insured. I did a lot of research and Trupanion was the one to fit my needs. Unfortunately, my lab ended up with cancer and it was such a load off my mind to know that I didn't have to worry about costs, I could go ahead and get her the best treatment. Trupanion has processed all my claims promptly and I have received my reimbursements in a speedy fashion. I highly advise Trupanion for pet insurance, my experience has been so positive.

Excellent service
We brought our dog in for increased coughing and the vet found that she had a heart murmur so proceeded to do ex-ray's and found she had an enlarged heart. We then had to do an EKG and heart ultrasound. My vet direct billed Trupanion and the claim was instantly paid and I just had to pay my portion. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who has a pet because speaking from experience vet bills can get very expensive and if you don't have insurance there are times that you may be in the position to have to say no to treatment but with Trupanion this decision doesn't have to be made!!!
