Great customer service!
While I haven't submitted a claim yet, the signup process was simple and when my credit card on file was compromised (elsewhere) the day of my monthly payment, PHI called to check in and ensured I had no problem changing to a new card, once it arrived, without losing coverage. I hope to never make a claim, but if I need to, I am confident the care and attention to detail from their support team will make it a seamless experience while allowing my family to focus on what's most important in that moment - the health of our pets.

It was super easy to submit a claim and the response was within minutes by text saying they had received it.
It was super easy to submit a claim and the response was within minutes by text saying they had received it. The wait time was only a couple of days and they responded with an itemized statement. I feel we were treated fairly and according to our contract. I would highly recommend Trupanion to anyone.
