The claim was logged/entered Incorrectly by Trupanion so I Had to run down the medical records and submit an appeal!
The claim was logged/entered Incorrectly by Trupanion so I Had to run down the medical records and submit an appeal! Several Claims Have Been Logged/Entered Incorrectly - and thus rejected because the diagnosis was entered incorrectly! They made the mistake so they should fix it without making me submit an appeal with medical records!

excellent company
This company is true to its' word. After my deductible, they have paid 90% of my young dog's oncology and vet bills. I would never have been able to afford this treatment. They answer all calls promptly and with a satisfying answer. Claims process is easy and reimbursement is quick! I HIGHLY recommend them

I love this company
My cat is 16.5 and has multiple health issues, and Trupanion has come through for me time and again. Their customer service is outstanding and the claims process literally could not be easier. Thank you, Trupanion.

Very Happy with PPU
I adopted an older dog from a shelter. I signed up with Pets Plus Us and a few months later he blew a disc in his back. Insurance paid for his MRI, spinal surgery and the following complication of aspiration pneumonia from inhaling some vomit. They paid out just under $15,000. I couldn't be more grateful! We are back at the vet this year with more health problems and PPU continues to pay out claims.

A Good Sign-Up Experience
It was a good experience, but I wouldnât use the experience to recommend something. I have to have more experience with the insurance to do that.
