Thank You Pets Best! I have been with Pets Best for 9 years. I got it when my dog was just a puppy. They have been great! Fast and efficient with claims. Illnesses and accidents happen unfortunately. It's given me such peace of mind to know I can take my dog to the vet and not have to worry as much about how much are tests and treatments are going to cost me!!

MetLife helped us pay for a critical surgery for our dog which will vastly improve his quality of life. This company is caring and it’s so simple to submit receipts, we got the verdict back quickly, and we were so pleased with the outcome. Consistent, quick, and easy. Been with metlife since we got our 4 yr old baby girl at barely 12 weeks old. Always been easy to make claims. Coverage is unparalleled to the rest. Definitely recommend.

Pet’s Best, my worst disappointment
I spent several weeks researching pet insurance and really thought I had found the company that I could rely on for lifetime reassurance that I will always be able to give my dog the best of care. I bought top tier accident and best wellness but they always seem to find some loophole to deny my claim. Both the app and the website are rarely working and the online chat is always “temporarily unavailable”. The one time I was able to reach customer service, the representative was very helpful and explained how I could have submitted my claim for it to be accepted. I just don’t think I should be required to finagle my claim when I submit my receipt along with my vet’s recommendation for my dog’s care. I will have insurance and wellness care for the life of my dog but it won’t be Pet’s Best.
