I’m new to Pumpkin
I’m new to Pumpkin, and am very happy with the customer service help in figuring out best plan and getting started. Paperwork was managed quickly and my reimbursement was better than expected. I’ve had other dogs over the years so am not a novice and pleased with the many ways Pumpkin has updated systems. It’s easy to use and quick to reply if I have questions.

I just LOVE PetsBest!
PetsBest payed up over $20,000.00 for my Yorkie's radiation treatment and, to my surprise, they did not drop me but instead they renewed my insurance! I highly recommend them to every dog owner.

Has been easy to upload claims once the account has been set up. Disappointed that EOB’s are only available for review for a short period of time then become unavailable.
