We had a couple major unexpected bills due to emergency surgery and Pumpkin expedited the claim within 24 hours. We honestly didn't even know this was their policy and recommend them to all our friends & family.

Mostly OK
Most everything was fine except that it wasn't clear what my new TOTAL would be when I added the second pet. It would have been much better if it was clear how much each pet costs to insure. The only other thing I'd like to see would be a side by side of things like separate coverage pools versus combined coverage pools and their rates.
