Do not recommend Spot; Going back to Pets Best
**EDIT** responding to Spot advising I contact customer service. I did… thus the comment the service team is misleading and not helpful. I contacted customer service two separate times and was told the wrong information. Its ok. I cancelled all policies so no future help will be needed. The claims process is confusing. The policies are not transparent. The customer service staff is unhelpful and provides misleading information.

I would look elsewhere for pet insurance. It takes 25 days for this insurance company to do a review of services rendered from the vet. I think that’s too long..
