Pumpkin insurance is a wonderful resource for pet owners. The customer service representatives I communicated with were super helpful and friendly and able to find all the information I needed. In addition, pumpkin provides extremely pumped and efficient service. When your greatest concern is the health of your pet the last thing you want to do is fight through red tape to get to the resources needed to help them. Fine carrier, just beware you may be cancelled for no reason
Sonnet was a fine partner until they cancelled my policy out of nowhere. No claims, no issues, I even paid their exorbitant increases year after year. Then they notified me they were cancelling my policy.
