I’m new to Fetch after switching from another provider
I am new to Fetch after switching from another company I was unhappy with, it was the best decision I made! The claim submission process is simple and fetch keeps you updated on the process along the way. I have been very pleased with the coverage this far and I believe Fetch covers many things other insurances don’t. My dog recently fractured a tooth and Fetch paid for the full cost minus my co-pay.

Staff on the phone are nice but filing a claim and working with them about it is very stressful, not very helpful. I’ve submitted several supporting documents and it still says pending when they should have the documents already.

Applying was easy, you were very quick to process my payment, and I got this survey. However, what I haven't received is my policy or even confirmation that I my plan will take effect. Not a great way to start our relationship.

I Love This Insurance!
I had Healthy Paws for my Tibetan Mastiff for 10 years until he passed. I was ALWAYS pleased with the ease of filing a claim and the quick reimbursement time. Both of my cats have Healthy Paws insurance. It is a good thing because I had to file a claim for my 7 month old kitten. I have to say that it was a little more tedious and took longer to get this claim settled compared to previous claims that I had for my dog. I was expecting this because it was the first time filling a claim for my baby. There was a slight misunderstanding and when I submitted his medical history, which until this emergency visit, he only had shots, they submitted the shot invoices as claims. Those "claims" had to be settled first (I didn't submit as a claim because I knew they were not eligible) before the emergency claim could be settled. The entire claim payout took a few weeks. I'm used to getting reimbursed within a week. I still stand behind a 5 start rating because they were just being extra vigilant and I know the first ever claim requires more documents to be provided. Hopefully, I won't have to use this insurance in the future, but it's very reassuring just knowing that my pets are covered.

I have had 3 pets insured with Pets Best and so far my experience has been great! As pet parents we always hope we don’t have any major health issues and vet expenses, but I recently had this happen with a young dog and it has been stressful. Pets Best has helped make the situation much less stressful since I didn’t have to worry about vet bills and I’m so thankful for that. I will never own another pet without insurance.

Thank god for Trupanion - Bailey the Berndoodle
We have three dogs on Trupanion. The latest dog a new Berndoodle puppy is 6 months old and although normally in a gated family room, she got out and got into a pair of underwear in our girl's room. She ate it and it ended up in her intestines and stomach. Trupanion was awesome with the emergency surgical group. We literally saved thousands, we had some out of pocket and some that is to be reimbursed I believe - but overall this has been a life saver the bill was about 7,000 total. Our smaller dogs have never done anything like this - we got a bigger gate and are going to work really hard getting her through puppy hood without another episode!!!

First ER Trip with My Best Girl
As a first-time pet "owner," pet insurance was something I hoped I'd never have to use, and for nearly 6 years I barely did with a healthy girl and nothing that ever exceeded the $500 deductible on my plan. Still, I've always appreciated the piece of mind that Pets Best offered and the clean user experience of their app and website. Then, a few weeks ago, my girl sliced open a section of her back running top speed too close to an old piece of farm equipment. After a long, emotional day, she was stitched up (and doing great thanks to the excellent care of the team at Pet Emergency Center in Mt. Vernon, WA) and I didn't think twice about paying the $1,500 ER bill on a credit card. Filing the claim to Pets Best was a breeze and I got an explanation of benefits within days that reassured me that a reimbursement was already on its way to my bank account and would cover what I expected (full amount minus the deductible and co-pay). I submitted my claim on February 7th and reimbursement was received on February 20th. Pup is doing great and I'm a very relieved and grateful dog mama.

story: "I've had Pets Best insurance for both of my Cavaliers for almost 3 yrs. It's amazing how fast the reimbursement process is accomplished. I have 2-3 claims a month bc one of my dogs has a heart condition. I've only had difficulty with one claim and that was because my Vet repeatedly neglected to send the information requested. Pets Best was in no way at fault for the difficulty and tried numerous times to get required information. I would choose this insurance over and over. They cover the conditions/issues they say they will. It really is the BEST!
