My saviors, professional from start to finish
I absolutely love this insurance company. They helped to cover so much and didnt deny me like many others just because my pet was older. They were always responsive, and with me from start to finish. Very kind patient courteous and professional on the phone and by email. Their app is great and the portal functions wonderfully, the checks came fast and it was so easy to submit claims on the user friendly app and website. Thank you for all that you have done for us. Highly recommend, we much preferred them over Nationwide.

Steffie made my experience great. I am lucky she answered the phone. She is highly knowledgeable, took my questions seriously and helped me understand the full context for them. She gave me step by step instructions to answer my remaining "records review" questions after the team received the records and that was exactly what I needed. She is the reason I signed up for insurance today. I had the quote pulled up and pending for 2 days and she gave me the confidence to say, GO.

I previously had pet insurance through Nationwide. The only reason I switched was due to Embraces relationship with USAA. After the first claim I received an email stating they were doing a health history check on my dog. Shortly after I received an email with a list of things they won’t cover. Many of these things were temporary in nature, like diarrhea. It would be like my insurance saying you had a cold six months ago, we won’t cover anything related to a cold for 1 year. Buyer beware. They are polite. That’s about it. I should have never left Nationwide.

Couldn't insure a car same day
Couldn't insure a car same day, could only insure for next day while other companies happily will. Also wouldn't quote me based on my actual driving experience which sonnet has a record of. Classified me as a new driver even though you have my records that show clean driving history with no claims or convictions or gaps in coverage. Customer service agent said the only option was to buy the policy and hope for the best through an escalation process. I've gone from recommending sonnet to everyone to telling people to avoid now based on this terrible experience.

I was reluctant to get insurance for my family's kitty, but am relieved for making the decision to do so. Spot's claim process was easy for his new condition, and getting a reimbursement wasn't a problem.
