Remarkable services
Our experience with Spot Pet Insurance was nothing short of remarkable. We were so grateful to have this insurance when our dog, Wexler, was diagnosed with Lymphoma. Spot Pet had speedy processing times, and within days, the reimbursement for services was in our bank account. They paid for Wexler's chemotherapy, hospitalization, and when his quality of life substantially declined, euthanization. When Wexler passed, they even sent a condolences email and closed our account for us. We felt so lucky to be protected by Spot Pet. This allowed us to make the best decisions for Wexler.

Easy to use
This is my first time using pet insurance so I was nervous submitting the bill for claim reimbursement. It was pretty straightforward and there was a little hiccup but i was able to get that sorted out with customer service. The direct deposit was prompt and within reasonable time.
