Exhausted but relieved

The whole process is a little confusing. When I finally thought I had made up my mind and signed up with Embrace I thought I was done with worrying about whether I had chosen the correct policy. What makes me question it now is the fact that I continue to get prompts from your company urging me to purchase this policy and today I got another asking about the veterinarian that I use when that information was provided on the application itself. Although I got a confirmation I'm left wondering if I will get some kind of insurance card from your company.

Refunds are quick

I received my Spot Insurance reimbursement checks very quickly. I am pleased with that. However, it seems they are outsourcing their phone calls. It can sometimes be hard to understand or convey what the issue is. Other than that, they are very good.

Refund on annual checkup

After my rescue dog, Molly, annual check up, I submitted the invoice to Pets Best Insurance. I was surprised how quick I received email that would be reviewing. Next day received another email with amount to be paid. In less than week, I received the check for the covered charges. I am so surprised and happy how quick and easy it was to submit.

Great Experience

Loki was not feeling well and was drooling, which is not normal for him. The next morning, I called and got him into the vet to get checked out, which included an exam and labs. After his visit, I was able to easily file the claim on the app including uploading a copy of the invoice/receipt. It took less than 5 minutes. Payment was in my account about 3 weeks later, which I consider an acceptable time frame. I received an email once the claim was filed, an email a couple week later apologizing for the extra time it was taking (again I did not think it was too much time), and finally an email with the EOB. Pets Best makes filing the claim easy, and keeps you informed. I am very satisfied with the experience (other than Loki being sick) and love having the peace of mind knowing that if Loki or one of my other cats get sick or injured that they are covered

Peace of Mind!

It is very comforting to know that when an emergency treatment is necessary for our fur baby, we have Fetch in our corner to help with the cost.
