More than worth the investment
Our female lab mix had several episodes as a puppy eating the wrong things and at one point the vet wanted to do an emergency $3000 exploratory surgery. We decided to seek a second opinion and it turned out to be a false alarm but that was when we decided we needed pet insurance just to cover emergencies. Well, 4 years passed without a single issue and I had contemplated cancelling the policy several times but luckly did not. This summer Bear was severely injured in a freak accident on the beach and damaged her spinal cord. We sought emergency care out of town and then, when it was safe for her to travel in the car, were referred back to our hometown to a Neurologist. It was a 2 1/2 week nightmare not knowing if she would ever regain function of her back legs but she is totally recovered and back to her happy, healthy self. Our bill for the Neurologist was $1,904 and we were reimbursed $1,440, the difference being our co-pay and deductible. We are delighted and so very grateful to Pets Best for coming through when we needed their help. This has enabled us to provide compassionate proper health care that we may not have been able to afford to a creature so dear to our hearts.

A Lifesaver
My cat Bono developed a blockage and we had to rush him to the vet. The bill was almost $800, ouch. Our options were that or putting him down, which I can't even fathom. It was nice to say just do it rather than stressing if we can afford it or not. You do need to pay up front, but you get it back within three weeks which is convenient. I was pleased to see there were no loopholes on why it wouldn't be covered, you just fax the paperwork and you're all done with the process. Now I can I have my Bono around for a lot longer. Claims process could be faster
I think the claims processing could be quicker. It took from the time I sent the claim until they cut a check a little over 4 weeks. Maybe I'm expecting too much.

Highly Recommend!
Wow, I submitted a claim that I really didn't think would be reimbursed and to my surprise I received partial reimbursement. I have had other pet insurance in the past and never received a reimbursement on any claim submitted. Service is outstanding. I highly recommend this company.

Pet Insurance ..soownderful!!
Charlie was so sick with GI vomiting, diaerhea and abdominal tenderness and resulted in exploratory surgery! Dr Prince saved her life by finding a section of bowel that had inverted into itself and he was able to fix it. She had post op intravenous and is on a very special diet for the next couple of months. The insurance company notified me when they received the claim (which was substantial), informed me by email when it had been processed and I had the cheque within 2 weeks of notification...AMAZING and the forms are so easy to complete. Thanks to the staff at hte clinic, they filled in everything that needed to be done and faxed it to the insurance company....sure helped relieve a lot of the stress of Charlie's illness and the bank account!!!! I wouldn't be without the insurance and this is the best company I have ever had to deal with!

EMBRACE WORKS HARD TO PLEASE
My little girl, Gracie (dog) had a mass on her head that needed to be removed. Vet did the work and we submitted our claim. Embrace initially made an error in the amount paid but with an email to them they looked into it right away and sent an addtional check. They worked well with us to get the issue straightened out and worked quickly.

So Impressed
We chose Embrace because of the reviews. Our experience has been just as consistent. We purchased the insurance when our purebred puppy was just 10 weeks old and, just after she turned one, we were surprised to find out that she needed knee surgery. Just like the reviews said, the Customer Service at Embrace is prompt, attentive, caring, and they provide reimbursement within 10-15 days. We have told everyone we can about Embrace.
