Super easy to work with
Between Trupanion and the Vet's office, I have not had to submit a single piece of paperwork. SO, so easy to work with. After having my dog a very short while she broke her leg, and we have saved TONS of money. I am not one to jump on the idea of pet insurance, but after getting a trial offer I am sold. It has been worth every penny.

Great service
First of all, talk with the very helpful staff of Embrace and make sure you understand what is covered and what your options are. They are quick to respond and inform. My experience has been very positive, although I did not realize that the prescriptions for my dog would not be covered.

PETSECURE IS A GOOD COMPANY !!
Petsecure is a Good company to have your pet insured with. I am so very grateful for their help in saving my small 10 year old dog.(Shih-Tzu) I have carried Petsecure Insurance from the time she was a pup and never had a claim till last year. What a claim it was !!! I think we are in the 20,000. range for a number of health issues and Petsecure came through for us. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending them to anyone. I suggest that you insure your dog as early as possible and get the best coverage that you can afford as your pup will become part of your family and you will want to keep him/her with you as long as possible.

Easy and quick
Our puppy spent a night in hospital for vomiting And dehydration. He came home and the hospital submitted our claim. He spent one night at home and then returned to the hospital as the problem did not go away. There was no problems with the claim and we received two cheques back in less than two weeks.

Everyone at Trupanion shows real compassion for the needs of my cat. They were pleased to be able to help with the financial burden of saving the life of my cat. And even sent follow-up emails inquiring about her progress! The former insurance company's only concern was finding reasons for not paying claims. Couldn't be happier!
We've had a Healthy Paws policy for our 9-year-old shih tzu since adopting her from a shelter two years ago. Given how little we knew about her health history and the severe neglect she had experienced before being rescued, we thought pet health insurance might be a good idea. It turned out to be a lifesaver. If it weren't for Healthy Paws, we would have faced veterinary bills in the high four digits as we got to the bottom of our dog's health issues. Healthy Paws paid all claims within a few days. When I called to verify coverage for some of the more expensive procedures, our claims manager was both knowledgeable and compassionate. I can't remember the last time I cried on the phone with a claims manager at my own health insurer...but the sympathy and professionalism I received when talking to staff at Healthy Paws was just amazing. They're top of the line. Within the last month we submitted a claim to Healthy Paws that included charges for a series of procedures -- some covered by our policy, some not covered. Within one business day, Healthy Paws had sorted through the many charges on the invoice and was processing a check for us. They even emailed a few days later just to see how our shih tzu was recovering. If Healthy Paws covered humans, I'd sign my family up tomorrow.

Financial support during a difficult time
Very thankful to have ASPCA pet insurance for several years. Have had occasion to use it during this past year, and it is very fair. Simple to process claims. Very helpful. Reps also helpful when called. Highly recommended.
