My experience with Healthy Paws had been very positive. Healthy Paws has provided financial protection against my Shih Tzu's many unexpected veterinary expenses. Submission of claims online is simple, and reimbursements are quick and easy. Monthly premiums are affordable. It is always a pleasure dealing with Healthy Paws.

In June 2024, my cat accidentally ran into something and scuffed it's head. In February 2025, he started sneezing. Both times I took him to the vet. I had forgotten to file the June claim, so I filed it along with the February claim. I was pleasantly surprised I was still able to file--I mean, I rightly should be able to. But, companies can have strange loopholes to not pay you. I was thankful PetsBest was still able to file my claim, even 9 months later.

Caring Pet Insurance
Getting MetLife Pet Insurance was the best thing I ever did for my 3-year-old Razor Edge Bully, who has been with me since he was 8 weeks old. I came across MetLife Pet Insurance as one of the benefits my job offers, and since he was my first dog, I signed up for it . I went almost two years without using the insurance because my baby was healthy, attending routine vet appointments and eating healthier than I did at times, LOL, since we monitored what he ate and did. However, randomly last September 2024 , my energetic, happy, caring, and loving baby began to show weakness and got sick. So we rushed him to the vet, and he apparently had stones in his bladder. Of course, I had to pay for everything upfront, and since I had never been in this sort of situation, I didn't know what to do about MetLife Pet Insurance. However, once I called them and spoke to customer service, they were caring and understanding of my situation, walking me through everything I needed to know about my policy, what was needed to submit a claim , how to submit it, and the entire process . They even followed up with me on everything. To this day, I receive emails from some of the customer service agents asking about my furbaby and his health. I will forever be grateful and love MetLife Pet Insurance. Thank you for everything and for having my furbaby's back!

The latest claim I filed was for an ear infection. Like all previous claims, the process was very easy and the settlement process was very quick. I highly recommend Pets Best to all of my fellow pet owners.
