MetLife comes through again.
This was not my first time submitting a claim. I have had good experiences in the past, and was expecting more of the same with my most recent claims. Once again, MetLife provided overall excellent service. I was very happy with the ease of submitting claims, the fast review of the claims, the clear explanation of what was covered, and the final decisions on paying the claims.

Over 20% policy renewal increases are WAY TOO HIGH. Ridiculous. There should be minimal increases each annual policy renewal. Shame on you. I was not allowed to speak to a supervisor. I was not given an explanation for the extremely high increase. I am unemployed and have an expensive dog. Please help!
