Great - fast, efficient, helpful
I was very pleased with the service. I deal with Trupanion but received the cheque from VetInsurance.

Fair, prompt and courteous
My American Bulldog has a neuromuscular disorder of her GI tract and has needed a number of treatments/procedures and ongoing medication. Healthy Paws has covered everything without question and processed our claims promptly (within 48 hours) and courteously. I'm so glad I chose this company for my pet insurance needs.

Easy Breazy and Covers Many!
I have had another Insurance for my Dogs and its was good but to be honest Embrace made it easy to switch. They have better coverage for LESS...HELLO Less money better product. The claim part was easy and about the same as the other company. I wound not hesitate to recommend this company!

Reasonable Coverage for a Resonable Price
Although discounts are usually make off of the charges I submit, being in NYC the charges are almost always higher than the Company's reasonable and customary charges; however, even with the discounts, the premiums are lower than most other plans, so I guess it balances out in the end. The biggest objection is the max one year following coverage in the prior year, and after than, there's no coverage for the same illenss (unless 18 mo. has gone by without any treatment. The folks are always pleasant.

Sigh of Relief
I have been nervous about getting pet insurance, especially narrowing down the choices that would be best for Cricket, our 5 yr old, 5 lb. Maltese. From the first phone call that I made to Embrace (where I got a human rather quickly), I was comfortable with the answers I received and their respectful responses to my questions. Our first wellness claim was paid 100%.There is no doubt that my husband and I (and Cricket) would recommend Embrace to others and to our vet!! Thank you and keep up the great work!

As Usual, Great Service
I've written several reviews and once again wanted to say how happy I am with Embrace Insurance. They review claims in a timely manner and are very fair when paying claims. I love the Wellness rewards too --- it's a no brainer if you see your vet at least once a year for an annual exam. The cost is more than made up for!

Good investment!
I've been completely pleased with my pet insurance. The claims are easily completed, the payment is prompt. My two cats are important to me, as is my own peace of mind.

Horrible first claim experience.
I brought my dog in because she was having bloody diarrhea. Upon exam, they found out that she had accidentally eaten something that was causing her discomfort. Upon reviewing the stool sample, it came back positive for a parasite. I was comfortable knowing we had Trupanion however I was disappointed to find out my claim would not be covered and our payment would have to be out of pocket because it was still in the 30 day grace period. This was on March 13th and my grace period ended on March 14th. Seriously??? Aren't you supposed to be there for me when my dog is ill? If I would have waited one more day to take her in good lord knows what could have happened to her. You can count on me fighting this claim and debating the continued use of your services in the future. Thanks for nothing.
