Timely reimbursement

My dog Annie was diagnosed with kennel cough after being brought to daycare at a local veterinary facility. I submitted claims for veterinary appointments and related treatments to Embrace for reimbursement. Reimbursements were fair and completed in a timely manner.

We had Sweet Pea,our 14 MO old toy poodle spayed. Sweet Pea was hospitalized after we brought her home due to major gastrointestinal issues. Her medical care cost $1,250.00 . After Healthy Paws very promptly contacted us with our claim, We were only responsible for about $300.00!It was such a blessing to be working with people that actually care about the well being of our furry babies, especially in such scary circumstances. Healthy Paws was so quick with our claim and made contact with us via email every step of the way. They even continued to check on her well being after it was over. We are so Thankful that we made the decision to get pet insurance for our babies. We strongly recommend looking into Healthy Paws!

I have had Healthy Paws for six months, and have used it three times. My puppy seems to be very persistent on counter surfing, and ingesting stuff. Each claim has been processed and reimbursed in a timely fashion. I am truly impressed with Healthy Paws and the customer service provided! I have recommended Healthy Paws to many of my friends.

Used to be great, now worthless

They just denied a claim for by dog's rectal inflammation because 4 months ago he had a claim for an ear infection. This is such a huge switch from when I first had Embrace Pet Insurance, where almost everything I sent in was covered. It was so easy. Now each time there is some odd reason for them not covering it. I am going to begin looking at other providers.

My little Macy (cat) was diagnosed with asthma in 2013 and had 2 expensive emergency trips...he is maxed out with that part of the insurance but at times the poor boy gets constipated and has a few vet trips...I am so very thankful I signed him up in 2007 never knowing what the future would bring. They reimburse quickly and even for his medicine! He has better insurance than me!!! I LOVE the folks at ASPCA insurance-top notch customer service EVERY time I call. For a sacrifice of going out to dinner once a month you have peace of mind if your pet gets ill.

Embrace Pet Insurance was one of my best choices

My dog suffered from gastroenteritis, acid reflux and lost a lot of weight while I was away for a month. After testing, he was diagnosed with Addison's 2.
