Fast, superior service
I have been with Embrace for 3 years and have had excellent service. Embrace has saved me thousands of dollars and plenty of heartache, including being able to get my dog expensive cataract surgery which saved her eyes and improved her quality of life times 10. I recommend Embrace to all the pet owners I know. I did extensive research before choosing a company, and Embrace has lived up to and exceeded their claims and their reviews. Even if I never failed another claim for the rest of my dog's life, I would consider this a good and necessary purchase.

So Easy
We got the wellness program for our new puppy since vaccinations and other things can really add up when you visit the vet every 4 weeks. Submitting the claim was easy and it was for the entire amount we paid the vet. Great customer service.

I had previously not had insurance and spent considerable money on my dog who had many many issues. When I started again I decided to use insurance, initially I was frustrated by the abrupt change in premiums due to change in coverage and 'increase veterinarian costs'. I considered cancelling...thank goodness I didn't. Unfortunately I used the insurance. I could focus on my pet and not worry about the bills. My costs were astronomical, the claims people were great and I did feel that they truly were saddened that despite aggressive treatment my dog did not survive.
