We love having Metlife pet insurance for our two cats. Claims are super easy to submit on the app. Money is usually deposited, via Zelle, to our bank account within a week of claim submission. Highly recommend!

I had such a great experience with Aileen today. She spent nearly 40 minutes walking me through every detail and patiently answering all of my questions as I evaluated whether switching pet insurance made sense for us. She was incredibly thorough, clear, and thoughtful in how she explained coverage, pricing, and what to expect. I never felt rushed, and she made sure I truly understood everything before we wrapped up. It made the decision feel easy and confident. The only insurance for our dog
Trupanion has been a star through our trials and tribulations with Elspeth. Our beautiful scottish terrier has bladder cancer and trupanion has been there all the way. Granted our monthly fee has increased over the years but I suppose that is to be expected. Every communication I've had with trupanion has always been extremely pleasant - they are the only pet insurance company I would recommend and will always be a customer of!
