Very quick and easy claim reimbursement
Trupanion was very easy to deal with. We filled out the simple form and sent it in. We got an email in about a week letting us know they had the claim. A few days later we got another email saying the cheque was in the mail, and it was. Easy as that.

So glad I selected Healthy Paws
After researching and comparing several insurance companies, I selected Healthy Paws..and so far so good! I submitted my first claim and within a week I had reimbursement in the amount agreed upon. Not only that, their representatives contacted me to check on my dogs progress and offered kind words of encouragement. Never would have expected that. I am very pleased, and am confident that I am in very good hands. I would absolutely recommend them!

Outstanding Caring Pet Insurance Company
I was devastated when our pet injured her leg jumping off an ottoman. The surgical bills for her injuries were considerable. We carry pet insurance with Healthy Paws and were delighted with their response. Filing claims was simple; we used their IOS App. We were kept informed on claim progress and the entire claim was processed and approved in less than a week; this on a surgical bill in excess of 4K. Follow up emails asking how our pet was doing was appreciated. These folks really care. I recommend them to anyone seeking pet insurance.

I've submitted several claims for my dog with Healthy Paws, and they have always been responsive and helpful in a timely manner. Claim processing with compassion and care!
I have been a customer of Healthy Paws for 3 or 4 years. I have both my labs covered, and unfortunately I have had two substantial claims. Most recently with a major life threatening condition that required a costly emergency surgery. Healthy Paws is there when you need them. The claims processing is easy and straight forward. You can estimate exactly what you will be responsible for and what Healthy Paws will cover. But that is not the best part of Healthy Paws. It is the employee's constant caring and compassion for you and your pet that comes through in every interaction with them. They are quick to communicate with you where your claim is every step of the way, and a check arrives in 7 to 10 days (initial claims take longer due to complete record review). Even after your check arrives, they continue to communicate with you to see how your beloved pet is doing. I could go on and on about the great care and service our family has received from Healthy Paws. However, I think my tendency to tell everyone I know about them says it all. If you are looking for an insurance company to be there when you need them, and to make difficult times easier look no further than Healthy Paws. I have a five month old DSH female intact kitten with a history of coughing. I've had multiple doctors look/listen to her, have had fecal tests run for long worms and intestonal parasites, an echocardiogram, and thorax radiographs. After spending over $500 for diagnostics, Trupanion was able to reimburse me for everything except the exams. The only downfall is that they don't cover the cost of exams, but that hasn't been a big deal.especially after the amountof money that I've spent. They also covered the cost of her antibiotics. Overall, I couldn't have asked for better coverage.
